Flat die Pellet Machine:-

Flat die pellet machine is comprised of a spindle box, a discharge opening, gearbox, electric regulation cabinet, four wheels, engine base, feed hopper, and upper cabinet. By the diesel engine or PTO connector and gasoline engine, the electric motor can be replaced.

Vital Parts of Pellet Machine

Installed in the upper cabinet, there is a flat die and press roller, which forms the pelletizing piece of the flat die pellet machine. On the two ends of the roller shaft, there are 2-4 rollers fixed. On the surface, the rollers have grooves. Having a hardness of 55- 60 HRC, the flat die and roller are made of superior quality steel alloy.

With diameters of 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm and from 2.5mm to 10mm, there are multiple holes in the flat die. Suitable for providing more than 30 kinds of feed materials for cattle and poultry industry, the consultants will tell the owners about the best compression proportion with a huge number of experiments. The gap between the flat die and roller is 0.1- 0.3mm. In this part, the raw material coat develops. Working of the Pellet Machine:-

While the length is determined by the slicer under the flat die, the diameter of the pellets is determined by the hole size of the flat die. The slicer under the flat die cut the food to a certain length, while the biomass pellet comes out into the shape of a cylinder.
